Spice up your life and that of your friends and family by adding to your repertoire of cooking skills. From dishes perfect for a quick snack up to those that will make your parties that little bit special – we will give you what you need to know.
Our master Venezuelan chef, Dominic Serritiello, with over 15 years experience in Spanish and Latin American cooking, will guide you through a range of delicious dishes over our four week course.
At the end of each class you will sit down and enjoy the day’s results, along with a glass of our Argentinian wine.
And on the final day, our master bartender Lachlan will show you all how to make the perfect mojito and pisco sour!
Each course goes for four weeks, and they are usually run on Saturdays from 9:30am – 1:30pm.
The cost of each course is $295 and includes four lunches (prepared by yourselves) as well as wine and cocktails.
